I prioritize people. I am an only child. As a result, at a young age, two-way relationships were essential to me. I have learned how to masterfully get things done through people and have coached others to do the same.
I appreciate people. I get, and I give. To whom much is given, much is required. Each leadership role I have secured, since graduating from Harvard Business School, has been through someone I knew. I secured a job as a result of a former client telling the story of results produced for her company to a competitor. I have been offered 11 internal jobs upon ending an expatriate assignment. I have shared my network with others by which they have been able to achieve their goals.
Believing people are an organization’s greatest asset; I possess a solid background in turning around and sustaining relationships with clients in various industries, including healthcare, biotech, financial services, technology and non-profit sectors.
Given my experiences, I’ve been told by leaders worldwide that I have a knack for networking, connecting people, and developing solutions to complex problems utilizing each team member’s varied skills and backgrounds to arrive at optimal solutions.
I’ve learned that the right connection can suddenly change the trajectory of my course – and it can change yours too.
